No, that's not a typo.
Module 1 was your free Communication Tune-Up — in that week, you named your pattern and built your Communication Blueprint. You've already completed the first module of this course. We don't make you sit through it again, and we don't pretend it didn't count.
The Transformation starts exactly where your Blueprint left off — and ten weeks from now, in the final module, you'll put your Blueprint on the table and measure how far you've come against it.

Each module is five lessons. Each lesson is a short video — about 10 minutes, no filler — plus focused practice you take straight into your real conversations. One lesson at a sitting, at your own pace.
How it works
Ten weeks. Five modules. Your pace.
Module by module, you'll learn to stay steady in the moments that used to rattle you. To listen so people actually feel heard. To say what you mean without apologizing for meaning it. To go through conflict without it costing you the relationship. And in the final module, you'll put your Blueprint on the table and measure exactly how far you've come.
Every lesson is one sitting — less than an hour — and features focused practice you can take straight into your real week. Video, audio, and text for every lesson, so you learn the way that works for you. And at the end of each module, you practice with an AI coach that asks the questions a good coach asks — it never just hands you the answer.
Transformation Live — Thursdays, 7 PM Central
Its own live session every week for the ten weeks, with just the people doing it — Kelly hosting, working the real situations you bring. First session Thursday, October 1. Recorded if you can't make it.

What "transformation" actually means here
Most courses in this space promise a transformation and leave the word undefined. We use a four-stage scale, and we'll tell you exactly where you'll land on it.
Most people arrive somewhere in Emerging or Developing — noticing the pattern hours later, if at all. Do the reps and you'll be at Practicing — you catch it in real time, at least sometimes. That's a real change and it's the honest bar; Integrated is what the following year of practice is for.
Practicing is not a small thing. It's the difference between realising on the drive home what you should have said, and saying it in the room. But it isn't mastery, and we won't tell you it is. Nobody reaches Integrated in ten weeks — and anyone promising you that is selling something other than a communication course.
You measure it yourself, against your own baseline, at five checkpoints across the ten weeks. Not a grade from us. Evidence from you.
The time question

I'm not going to quote you a number of hours a week — I'd rather tell you the truth than a figure that sounds good on a sales page.
What I can tell you is the structure: one lesson at a sitting (designed to take less than an hour), five lessons per two-week module, self-paced, and nothing expires. And the part that actually changes things doesn't happen on my schedule at all — it happens in conversations you're already having. If you have time to dread a conversation, you have time to rehearse it.

Kelly Stifora
I spent seventeen years as a college communications instructor, curriculum designer, and administrator. Before that, I worked as a reporter and managed communications professionally for a publishing company and a post-secondary institution, working in the rooms where getting the message right really mattered. My goal in building this course with Andrew is to help people improve their confidence and comfort in interpersonal communication so they can improve their relationships at work and at home, and therefore live a happier and more fulfilled life.

If Communication Transformation isn't right for you, tell us within fourteen days of the day your access to Module 2 begins and we'll refund your payment in full. You don't have to explain why, you don't have to have finished anything, and we won't try to talk you out of it.
For Cohort 1, access begins September 28, so that window closes October 12, 11:59 PM CT. Enrol after Module 2 has opened and your fourteen days run from the day your own access starts.

Why does the course start at Module 2?
Because you've already done Module 1. The free Communication Tune-Up is the first module of Communication Transformation — same method, same instructor, and the Blueprint you built there is the baseline your final module measures against. We'd rather give you the real first module for free than renumber the course and pretend we didn't.

How much time does it take each week?
